Service
These terms apply to the CheckWarranty service operated under the CheckWarranty brand at checkwarranty.info. The service provides device warranty and product information lookups, including bulk checks. Results depend on information made available by device manufacturers and other sources. CheckWarranty does not issue or extend manufacturer warranties. Confirm important coverage decisions with the manufacturer.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account and activity under it. Submit only device information you are permitted to process. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service, or use it in violation of applicable law or third-party rights. We may restrict access to protect the service or other users.
Credits and payment
The pricing page shows the number of checks and price before purchase. Purchased checks do not expire. A completed lookup deducts a check from your balance; if no result is found, a check should not be deducted. Payments on this legacy site are processed through PayPal. Credits are added after payment is confirmed. Contact us if your balance or a scan result appears incorrect.
