- Useful partial data is chargeable
- Warranty-only or specification-only results can be useful and chargeable. Without useful device data, the reserved credit is released.
API sandbox keys return simulated records without consuming live scan credits. Registration trial credits are separate and let you test available data for your own devices.
Buying a package adds credits to your balance. Checks spend credits when useful device data is returned.

Is a monthly subscription required?

Do scan credits expire at the end of the month?
No. All scan packages are one-time purchases with lifetime validity. Your credits remain on your account until you use them.
What happens if a serial number is invalid or not found?
Useful partial results are chargeable, including warranty only or specifications only. Without useful device data, the reservation is released.
Is API access included or do I need a separate subscription?
API access is fully included for all registered accounts. You can generate API tokens in your dashboard and start integrating immediately.
Can I export decoded specifications to Excel and CSV?
Yes. Upload CSV/XLSX lists and export the available device and warranty fields. Data completeness varies by brand and device.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Do you provide official tax invoices for business accounting?
Yes. A compliant VAT/Sales Tax invoice is automatically generated by Paddle for every transaction and sent to your email.
